How can I buy Jazzateria CDs online?
You may purchase any of our CD titles from our Music shop page or within our audio download page. Our on-line retailer is CCNOW. We accept Amex, Master Card, Visa & Discover Card. We use secure servers and back our products 100%.

Can I purchase your CD's with a money order or check?
Yes, If you choose you may pay for your CD purchase by check. Send us a email to: sales@jazzateria.com or Print out the order form and mail us a check with your order indicating which Cd's you would like to purchase. We will process your order the moment we receive your money order or corporate check, If paying by personal check, please note that we will process your order the moment your check clears our bank. Is it true that your prices include shipping & handling charges
Yes, In the USA we never charge shipping and handling. All our on-line prices are inclusive of shipping, processing & handling charges. Example: A CD for $13.98 would include the shipping and handling charges. You would ONLY pay $13.98. However, sales outside of the USA will be charged an additional $3.00 for Canada and $5.00 for shipments to Europe and other parts of the World.

Is it true that you back your products 100%?
Yes, if you are unhappy with your purchase just send it back to us within 30 days and we will exchange it or credit your account.

What is the Jazzateria network?
The Jazzateria Network is our corporate division and on-line web server for all our recording imprints and management groups.

What is Rastafaria?
Rastafaria is our NEW sister reggae label and website. Rastafaria will release roots, dub & reggae music exclusively. Our slogan is "roots, dub & culture". Check out our debut release from MIDNITE.

Do you accept unsolicited material & demos?
Our policy is that we do not accept unsolicited material without prior approval. If you would like us to review your music do not send us a digital file with your music via email. Send us an email message requesting to submit your kit with a brief description of your music project and we will respond to your request via email detailing how and where to send your kit. Give us a minimum of 30 days to review your music, if you insist on a prompt review of your kit send us a check for $10.00 dollars along with your music and we will get back to you in 3 business days.

I'm a fan of some of your artist. How can I get a message to them?
Feel free to email the artist of your choice. Via email only, send your message to artist@jazzateria.com and in the body of your email mention the name of the artist you are writing to.

Is it true that you have 'a la carte' approach to your products and services?
Yes, imagine the Jazzateria Network as a 'cafeteria' where you can literally pick, choose from various entertainment services: A band may choose between distribution and press. A consumer my browse through our CDs in our music shop. An advance music lover may want only his or her music via MP3 download. A reggae band may want only management and not distribution. What is your returns policy?
If you are not happy with your CD purchase for any reason. We will exchange or refund your payment within 30 days.

What is your policy on reciprocal links?
You link us, we will be happy to link you. The only requirement for us is that your company is an entertainment, music related site. We reserve the right to not link any sites that are not positive in our opinion.
